Founder & CEO Mark Rubinoff grew up watching and working with his grandmother, Shura Chiro, a professional pharmacist and esthetician. Having fled the Nazi invasion of her native Romania, Chiro established an esthetics practice in Montreal in 1948 and developed over 60 skincare products. In 1989, Rubinoff took over his grandmother’s product line, rebranded as Concept Cosmetics, and grew the business across Canada.
